Alejandro Bagnato

Managing Partner of Glasford International Argentina, holds a degree in Labor Relations (UdeMM, 1996) with an MBA in Human Resources Management (USAL).

He served as the President of the Training and Development Association of Argentina (ADCA) and is currently the Director of Postgraduate Programs in Training and Development (UCES) and Talent Management (ESEADE).

Pablo Massu Alamo

Managing Partner of Glasford International Chile and General Manager and Director of BVM is a Civil Industrial Engineer with a Master’s in People Management and Leadership (ESERP, Spain). He holds an MBA in Human Resources and a Diploma in International Management.

He has over 20 years of experience in consulting on strategy and human resources in national and multinational companies.
